Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policies.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped out on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

FREE shipping
Just because shipping is free, it shouldn’t take forever! Shipping is free within the Continental United States using Fedex Ground, Fedex Home Delivery or USPS Priority Mail. No shipments outside the Continental United States. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses does not ship to PO Boxes or /FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Should your order of goods from arrive damaged, notify us by phone or email within 3 days and supply photos of the damaged merchandise in the original packaging as you received it. We will ship out a replacement within 5 days of receiving the proof of damaged goods.
No refunds.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the U.S.

Returns Policy

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns. Any products sent to you will be of the highest quality. If in an unforeseen event your product arrives damaged, please see Damage Policy above.
